Choose an airport vehicle for the whole party and its luggage. A car that fits the passengers may not fit all their bags. The limits shown in AK's live quote are the reference for the class you reserve.

Confirm the flight and exact addresses

Check whether the ticket uses George Bush Intercontinental (IAH) or William P. Hobby (HOU). Select the correct airport and your exact hotel, home or office from the Google suggestions in the quote form.

Compare a sedan for a smaller party

A sedan may suit a smaller party whose bags fit within the published limits. Tell dispatch about unusual luggage. A business traveler with one suitcase has different needs from a family with large suitcases and a stroller.

Compare an SUV for more space

Check the selected SUV class for both seating and luggage capacity. Do not assume every SUV has seven passenger seats. Review the fleet and give the team the complete party details.

If either the passenger or bag count exceeds the displayed limit, compare another class or ask about several vehicles.

Discuss a Sprinter or multiple vehicles for a group

Sprinter seating layouts differ. An executive configuration is different from a larger passenger van. Use this booking's vehicle limits, not a capacity advertised elsewhere.

When one vehicle cannot accommodate the group, contact dispatch about a multiple-vehicle plan. Say whether everyone needs to arrive together and how much luggage they have.

Include the onward and return trips
